Here, you will be able to find all of our Permit Request Forms. To request one or more of these permits, you simply need to fill out the according form below. Once you have signed up for a permit, a mentor will reach out to you within 3-4 weeks. Additionally, you should not be signing up for a permit if you do not have the required rank. Unless stated otherwise, anyone with the rank of Chief Communications Officer can achieve these permits. ● Hosting Permit This permit allows you to host trainings for LRs, promote LRs (Trainee-Scooper and Head Scooper-Supervisor with permission from a BoT+) for passing a training or having enough points, as well as demote LRs who are violating the rules. - https://forms.gle/UKQEChiqcy7JFk546 ● Shift Permit This permit allows you to host shifts to play various mini games with your attendees. - https://forms.gle/3HPAtx8CHYd1aBqaA ● Suspension Permit This permit allows you to suspend users who are not following the rules here at Glacé. It allows you to suspend MRs and HRs (with permission from a BoT+) with a valid reason. ➤ Note: You need to be a Chief Operations Officer+ to achieve the Suspension Permit. - https://forms.gle/kN8Thrpq5Ag23UVx5 ● Overseer Permit This permit allows you to oversee in LR trainings to assist the host with various things, such as dealing with trollers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and assisting the host in ranking (with a hosting permit). ➤ Note: You need to be a Chief Executive Officer+ to achieve the Overseer Permit. - https://forms.gle/EaBvb34bUpNJGJVa9
