Rank Description

Junior, Senior and Head Director are our Management Team ranks. They are given moderation commands in-game and can assist the Supervision Team. They are trusted with more responsibilities and authority and should act accordingly to sustain that trust. Newly promoted Junior Directors can use this guide to learn their responsibilities and limits.

• Moderating the car wash

• Hosting and attending training sessions

• Assisting others on the Supervision Team

• Logging sessions on Hyra

Hyra Logging

Now with the release of our new activity tracking website, Hyra, Senior and Head Directors will be able to log sessions from #session-logs, into Hyra. When doing so, make sure to add a checkmark reaction on it to show that you’re logging it, and then you can log the session attendance on Hyra. Only one person should be logging a server.

Activity Requirements

Each week, the Management Team goes through an activity reform. The Human Resources Department will observe session attendance and in-game minutes. Failing this reform could lead to an inactivity reminder, warning or demotion, depending on how many times you have failed to meet your requirements.

Junior and Senior Directors are required to complete the following every week:

• Attend at least four training sessions

• Have at least 120 minutes at the car wash

Head Directors are required to complete the following every week:

• Attend at least three training sessions

• Have at least 90 minutes at the car wash

Command Usage

The Management Team is the first rank to access moderation commands at the car wash. This is a privilege and should be appropriately used to avoid consequences. You may have to use moderation commands when moderating the car wash or answering an #management-request. Please refer to the list below for specific instructions.

:bans - Shows a list of server bans. (ALLOWED)
:pm - Sends a personal message. (ALLOWED)
:m - Announces a message. (NOT ALLOWED)
:to - Teleport to a player. (ALLOWED)
:team - Changes a player’s team. (NOT ALLOWED)
:info - Get information about a player. (ALLOWED)
:joinlogs - Log of all joins. (ALLOWED)
:gamepassinfo - Gamepass information. (ALLOWED)
:iteminfo - Item information. (ALLOWED)
:shutdownlogs - Log of shutdowns. (ALLOWED)

:reverbs - Displays sound reverbs. (ALLOWED)
:clearstartergear - Clears starter gears. (NOT ALLOWED)
:respawn/:res - Respawns player. (ALLOWED)
:kick - Kicks player. (ALLOWED FOR FIRST OFFENSES)
:ban - Bans player from the server. (ALLOWED AFTER 2 KICKS)
:unban - Unbans player from the server. (ALLOWED WITH REASON)
:cmds - Shows command list. (ALLOWED)
:admins/:ingameadmins - Shows admins in-game. (ALLOWED)
:chatlogs - Logs of all chats. (ALLOWED)
:pbans - Shows list of permanent bans. (ALLOWED)
:view - Views player. (ALLOWED)
:unview - Unviews player. (ALLOWED)
:speed/:ws - Increases/Decreases speed. (NOT ALLOWED)
:refresh/:ref - Refreshes player. (ALLOWED)
:god - Gives player infinite health. (NOT ALLOWED)
:ff - Adds a forcefield to player. (ALLOWED IF AFK)
:unff - Removes forcefield from player. (ALLOWED IF AFK)
:countdown - Starts a countdown. (NOT ALLOWED)
:time - Changes time. (NOT ALLOWED)
:removetools - Removes items from player’s inventory. (NOT ALLOWED)

Promotion

The next step after becoming Head Director is becoming a High Rank. Once a department has opened up, chiefs will look at your activity to decide who they want to hire as a Corporate Intern. Corporate Interns have a trial period, and have a variety of tasks to complete and show that they are capable of doing. The departments are described below.

• Public Relations - Organizing events, affiliates, and social media

• Operations - In-game moderation, tickets, and ranking at trainings

• Human Resources - Manages staff, hiring, promotions, and punishments
