Consequential Guide

The consequential guide is an in-depth guide to all punishable offenses at Washiez. Read each section to learn how using certain commands or committing certain actions will result in a potential punishment. Punishments are handled by our Human Resources Department.
Subject to the discretion of the individual handing out the punishment. A combination of offenses could result in a more severe punishment.
Reminder Offenses
The following offenses may result in a reminder. Continuing the same action after being reminded will result in a strike. Keep in mind that you are to attach proof of you reminding that person either in-person or via DMs, not only through PMs.
For both Supervision Team and Management Team:

Lack of grammar with a role in the TC. More than 10 grammatical errors within a full chatbox.

Unrelated talk in #session-logs.

Minor unprofessionalism

Abusing door locks

Training without the correct guides

Not wearing uniforms

Misusing discord channels

Standing idle in the middle of the carwash, ignoring help requests, rank responsibilities

Cuff abuse
For Supervision Team:

Hosting alliance visits
For Management Team:

Backlogging in #session-logs

Failing to moderate trainees correctly at the TC

Failing to moderate situations at the car wash correctly according to the compliance trello

AFK for a long period of time during sessions (then remove them from attendance)

Not writing the most complete/full username when moderating.

Using the role swap commands without contacting a corporate

Unlocking previously locked servers without permission
Strike Offenses
The following offenses will result in a strike. Receiving three strikes will result in a demotion or termination depending on the strike reasons. Make a vote in #department-votes if you are unsure for Management+. However, the consequence should still follow this guideline.
For both Supervision Team and Management Team:

An offense that they have already been reminded for

Jailing/warning others and themselves for invalid reasons at both the car wash and TC

Trolling, being disruptive e.g. blocking the exit

Hosting fake/practice trainings not on our schedule

Minor minute farming — going AFK for 30 minutes. Substantial proof must be provided. E.g. proof of chatlogs, screen recording of them being idle, etc.

Minor leaking e.g. leaking cropped screenshots of supervision chat/ announcements, etc.

Falsifying evidence

Refusing to leave TC after being asked.

Demotion Offenses
The following offenses will result in a demotion to the previous rank. If this is a Director, please ask/make a recommendation in #department-votes.

Minute farming - going AFK for long periods of time, using a cheating mechanic to bypass the idle kick
Termination Offenses
The following offenses will result in a termination to Customer. If this is a Director, please ask/make a recommendation in #department-votes.

Homophobia, transphobia, racism

Doxxing

Level 4 offenses + death threats, NSFW behaviour in-game or in Discord

Major leaking e.g. A Director screen recording management chats and sending management guidelines to non-mgmt+ members.
